Come Back to Our Cabaret
A bevy of talented performers, from jazz trumpeters and modern guitarists to Broadway singers and opera soloists, entertained over 250 guests at this musical event. Proceeds of $48,000 benefitted the Jeffrey F. Wacks Music Therapy Program at Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Morristown Memorial, which offers clinical music therapy and musical performances to promote healing and relaxation for patients and their caregivers.

Second Annual Family Fun Day
Featuring the Mad Scientist, who concocted green slime; hula hoop and pie-eating contests; and the Circle Time Live band, this event raised $7,000 for televisions in the inpatient and Pediatric Intensive Care units at Goryeb. The event, which attracted 150 kids, was hosted by the Kids4Kids Committee and the Knights of Columbus. 

19th Annual Grand Tasting
Hosted by Gary and Liz Fisch of Gary’s Wine & Marketplace of Madison, Bernardsville and Wayne, this wine-tasting event drew $3,000 for Morristown Memorial, bringing total hospital contributions over the past six years to $78,000.

Mike’s Bike Across America
Mike Hobin ably completed his 3,307-mile bike trek across 11 states, which started in Santa Barbara, CA, and ended 39 days later in Charleston, NC. From family, friends and fans cheering remotely via the internet, Mr. Hobin’s coast-to-coast peddling generated $42,000 for Morristown Memorial’s Pediatric Endocrinology Department. 

Bunko Marathon
Marianne Dhuyvetter’s sixth October Bunko Marathon raised $3,000 for Carol G. Simon Cancer Center, where she was treated for breast cancer. The latest round of dice games, which were held at her Long Valley home, rolled total giving from Bunko to $25,000.

Friends of Msgr. John Corr
Over 200 friends of Monsignor John Corr gathered at The Madison Hotel to celebrate the life of the beloved pastor of the Church of Christ the King in New Vernon, contributing over $80,000 for the stroke rehabilitation program at Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute.
