Help at the Medical Center: There are countless volunteer opportunities available at Morristown Medical Center. Whether staffing information desks, troubleshooting non-medical problems or ferrying pharmacy orders around the campus, volunteers offer an extra set of hands to benefit our patients and their families. Help at the Foundation: Over 200 people currently assist Foundation staff with office and special events work and committee service. Organize an Event Fundraiser: Many people enjoy hosting fundraisers to benefit Morristown Medical Center; some, in fact, have made it an annual undertaking. Whether you’re interested in doing something at your home, in your community or at a local school, organizing an event is a great way to help the medical center provide life-saving treatment and compassionate care to patients of all ages. Beginning in February 2012, the Foundation will introduce the annual Friend of Philanthropy Award and its first recipient at the Foundation board of trustees meeting. Candidates for the award will have raised $10,000 or more through an event in the previous year and donated it to Morristown Medical Center.

Join the Women’s Association: The Women’s Association of Morristown Medical Center, an 850- member volunteer organization established in 1893, is one of the largest and oldest auxiliaries in the nation.
