Sixty-six tea afficionados enjoyed an Afternoon Tea at the Morris Museum, March 22, that included a tour of the Teapots by Design exhibit and a presentation by collector Unjeria C. Jackson, MD. Dr. Jackson, who retired in 2005 from her OB/GYN practice, had specialized in maternal fetal medicine at Morristown Memorial for 19 years. In 2006, Schiffer Publishing issued her book, "Teapots by Design: A Collector's Catalogue," which features photographs of 450 teapots from her collection. The Morris Museum exhibit was the first public presentation of her teapots. The Tea, which featured traditional savories, scones, and pastries, was sponsored by the Health Foundation's Planned Giving Office.
